Better Than a Hospital 3 Day Diet

 


Most people need help designing a diet plan that works and that's what we do best. The reason why people lose weight on a hospital 3 day diet plan is they are confined to eating 3 meals per day with limited calories.

Our diet menus have a very similar concept to the hospital diet plan in that calories are restricted so that you can lose weight. Contrary to popular opinion, it takes about a week to lose 1 or 2 pounds of fat.

Losing 3 pounds in week would require a starvation diet which we highly discourage. Starvation diets leave you always hungry. It's impossible to maintain and most people binge after 3 days.

Our diet plan is sensible and uses regular foods. you can lose 1 to 2 pounds per week on our plan without feeling deprived. That's why we think it is better than a hospital 3 day plan.

Below is a sample day of our many online diets.  Most people want quick answers to their diet problems. It's not possible to lose any significant amount of body fat in 3 days but if you stick to our diet,  you will lose between 1 to 2 pounds each week. And best of all, no hospital stay required!

Mid Day Morning Snack

1/2 bagel (preferably whole wheat) with 1 tablespoon of Philadelphia Light cream cheese

One cup of Healthy Choice Chicken and Rice with 2 ounce ground turkey and 1/2 cup steam or cooked carrots.

- make at home the night before
-  brown 4 ounce of ground turkey
-  cook or steam 1 cup of carrots
-  warm 1 can of 10 3/4 cup ounce of Healthy Choice
-  add turkey and vegetables and put in plastic container, refrigerate and take to work the next day.

Use half of contents for lunch and the other half for mid afternoon snack.

Diet Forum Recipe or Beef Stroganoff

Beef Stroganoff
Serves 4

-  Brown 1 pound of extra lean ground beef with 1/2 chipped onions

-  Cook 6 ounces of egg noodles

In medium pot stir in

- 10 3/4 ounce can of reduce fat mushroom soup
-  1 cup of non fat sour cream
-  1 ½ tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
-  cooked noodles

Heat for 8 minutes or until warm. Stir frequently.
