You need menus of healthy foods to lose weight because weight loss happens by burning more calories than you take in. If weight loss is top priority, you need healthy weight loss menus and foods to follow.

The total daily calories in our weight loss menus will help you lose between 1 to 2 pounds each week. Our menus are healthy and we have many successful clients who have lost weight.

Below is a sample of our healthy weight loss menus. Our personal diet plans are good for the entire family. Many foods on our menus can be repeated day after day. We select low fat foods that will help you lose weight and decrease your overall cholesterol count.
