Plan Made Easy

Dear Editor, I need your opinion on using a healthy eating plan to lose weight. I'm confused about all the diets out there. Do I try a low carb diet or the South Beach diet or how about the Sugar Buster diet? Do all these diets include a healthy eating plan? Please let me know. Thanks ~~ Wanda Dear Wanda, You can lose weight on any diet but all diets are not necessarily healthy. We suggest that you create your own healthy eating plan based on foods that you like. To plan a healthy diet, you need to reduce overall calories by 25% and eat 4 to 5 small meals through the day. Don't make the mistake of skipping meals. This will only slow down your metabolism. If you want to lose weight even faster, ride a stationary bike for 30 minutes a day. You can ride at a moderate pace and burn 300 to 400 calories while watching your favorite television program. The time goes by quickly. Your healthy eating plan should include at
least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables. That means you can
have 3 fruits and 2 vegetables per day at a minimum. Of course you
can always have more of both, but try to keep your calorie
consumption between 1200 and 1400 calories. This is a safe and
healthy way to eat and plan your meals.
