The US Food and Drug Administration warns about pills or capsules that
promise to flush fat. It states "Some dieters peg their hopes on
pills and capsules that promise to burn, block, flush or otherwise
eliminate fat from the system. But science has yet to come up with a
low-risk "magic bullet" for weight loss".
Despite these warnings, useless weight loss products come on the market
everyday and unsuspecting consumers snap them up only to be disappointed
when they don't work.
The real way to lose weight is to consume 25% less calories than you
normally eat. This type of diet plan will cause you to lose between 1 and 2
pounds each week.
Unfortunately, good diet plans don't sell but fat flush diet or capsules
do sell! Why? Because it sounds easy but easy doesn't help you lose
weight. Again the FDA states "
One reason for the low success rate (of quick fix weight loss
schemes) is that many people look for quick and easy solutions to their
weight problems. They find it hard to believe in this age of scientific
innovations and medical miracles that an effortless weight-loss method
doesn't exist.
So they succumb to quick-fix claims like "Eat All You Want and
Still Lose Weight!" or "Melt Fat Away While You Sleep!"
So if you truly want to lose weight, forget fat flush diet schemes or
anything that sounds like it since most fad diets share the same
characteristics.
Instead design a good diet plan for yourself that incorporates low fat
foods and reduces calorie consumption. Do not drastically change your
