The best fat loss diets are those that encourage you
to eat 25% less calories. There is no miracle fat loss supplement that
will help you lose weight. Your body simply does not work like that.
Fat loss comes by burning more calories each day than
you take in. The only way to achieve a calorie deficit is to either eat
less calories or increase your metabolism.
Contrary to popular opinion, no pill or herbal
formula will increase your metabolism. You must execercise more to burn
fat. If you combine a good diet that includes foods you like with a good
exercise program such as walking, you will lose weight.
Starvation diets never work because you burn more
muscles than fat. Starving also causes you to eat more or binge. Always
beware of diets that claim you can lose 10 pounds in a few days or 1
week. Fat loss does not happen like that.
The average women is capable of burning 1900 to 2200
calories per day. Men typically burns 2000 to 25000 calories each day. A
pound of fat equals 3,500 calories. To lose 10 pounds of fat, you must
burn 35,000 calories. It's very unlikely that you can burn 35,000 extra
calories within a week to lose 10 pounds of fat.
Create your own fat loss diet. Write down foods that
you plan to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Add two nutritious
snacks between meals and specify the portion size you plan to eat.
Stick with your healthy plan and don't be to hard on
