The best diet for elimination is a high fiber diet because fiber allows digested food to pass through the intestines much faster. The end result is frequent bowel movements. Diets that promote better elimination include the foods above. These foods provide stable blood sugar so you don't get excessive mood swings and hunger pains. A healthy diet is very important to better elimination. The reason most people have poor elimination is because their diet lacks fiber and nutrition.
