Dinner Menu #1

Turkey Burger (1/4 pound) use mustard or low fat mayonnaise  - 375 calories

Steamed or cooked carrots 1/2 cup - 25 calories

Frozen or cooked peas (1/2 cup)  -  75 calories

Fresh sliced watermelon  -  75 calories

Water (1 cup)  -  0 calories

Dinner Menu #2

Hawaiian Ham - 300 calories

Combine below ingredients in large bowl and mix for marinade 

Marinade: 1/2 cup of soy sauce
                1 tablespoon brown sugar
                 2 tablespoons dry sherry
                 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
                 1 cup pineapple juice - drain from 

Use 4 ounce cooked ham and place ham in marinade. Let stand at room temperature for 30 - 40 minutes. Remove ham and drain marinade. Save 1/2 cup marinade to use as additional glaze. microwave for 2 minutes.

1/2 cup of frozen mixed vegetables  - 50 calories

1 baked apple  - 130 calories

Sprinkle 1 medium apple with water and dry so apple is still moist on outside. Sprinkle cinnamon on apple and microwave for 1 minute. Serve with 3 tablespoon of fat free yogurt or 4 ounce of sugar free/ fat free yogurt

Entenmanns's Light Raspberry Danish - 1 serving

Water (1 cup) - 0 calories

 

Dinner Menu #3

Beef Stroganoff– 300 calorie
Recipe as follows:

-  Brown 1 pound of extra lean ground beef with 1/2 chipped onions

-  Cook 6 ounces of egg noodles

In medium pot stir in

- 10 3/4 ounce can of reduce fat mushroom soup
-  1 cup of non fat sour cream
-  1 ˝ tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
-  cooked noodles

Heat for 8 minutes or until warm. Stir frequently.

1/2 cup steamed or cooked green peas  - 75 calories

1/2 cup of light ice cream or sherbet  -  100 calories

Water (1 cup)
