What do you know about Celebrity diets? It
seems to me like a celebrity would know how to manage their
weight loss since they are always in front of the public. Is
Celebrity diets a good thing?

The best diets are those that call for
balance eating. Eating fewer calories is the only way to lose
weight. Your weight loss depends on energy (food) in
vs. energy out. The problem is that most people eat
too many calories and not necessarily too much food. To lose
weight, you should monitor everything that's placed in your
mouth.
Celebrities are vulnerable like most people
to over-eatng and many have no idea how to properly lose
weight and keep it off. Strive to eat 25% to 30% less
calories. Write down your diet plan for the day and stick to
it. If you're a women, stick to 1100 to 1400 calories per day.
Most men can lose a few pounds per week on 1500 to 1800
calories.
Don't be fooled by celebrity diets. There
is nothing safe or effective about these diets. Get a piece of
paper and write down the foods you will eat through the day.
Eat 3 meals, don't skip breakfast and include 2 snacks between
meals.
