the solution is to place yourself on a
good diet plan that does not exceed 1200 to 1400 calories for the
average size woman or 1500 to 2000 calories for the average size man.
These calorie values will place you at a point that will allow you to
burn more calories than you take in at a rate of 1 pound a week. Slow
but steady weight loss is the way to lose weight.
Plan every meal and
read the labels for calorie and fat values. Plan 3 to 5 meals each day
and eat foods that you like that are lower in calories and fat. There’s
nothing wrong with having a steak for dinner, it’s the portion size that
matters. Instead of having a big, 10 ounce steak for dinner, cut the
portion by half. Instead of eating cake for dessert, eat a half cup of
low fat ice cream or pudding. Better yet, replace fresh fruits for
sugary desserts.
