I need to understand how to better budget my
calories. I’m trying to stick to 1400 calories but I’m not sure if
I’m doing it right. I’m not always sure of the calories in the
foods I eat but I have a general idea of the calorie value. How
often should I eat and should I spread my meals out through the day?
