Dear Editor, I tried everything possible to lose weight and I’m really frustrated. My last diet was Slim Fast. I had 3 shakes a day but I only lasted 2 days before I start eating everything in sight. Most people try starvation and crash diets to lose weight. These fad diets never work and are not the best way to lose weight. Instead of starving yourself, try eating 4 to 5 small meals per day. This will keep your metabolism running higher and prevent you from binging later in the day. Keeping a balanced blood sugar level is very important to losing weight.
