Most people need a diet plan to help them stay on track. The best way to lose weight is to eat 25% less calories than you normally eat.   • Remember, weight takes time to come off

  • Stay on your 7 day diet plan at least 8 weeks

  • Exercise at least 3 days each week

  • Prepare some foods at home for lunch. Take with you to work

By sticking to your menus and the stated calorie restriction, you can lose between 1 to 2 pounds each week. 

Unfortunately, there is no fast way to lose weight. The only way to lose fat is to burn more calories each day than you take in. It takes 3,500 calories to burn 1 pound of fat. That's why the average weight loss is between 1/2 to 2 pounds per week on a sensible diet with the average weight loss around 1 pound per week.
