Most people need help designing a diet plan that works and that's what we do best. Below is a sample day of our many online diets.  Most people want quick answers to their diet problems.

It's not possible to lose any significant amount of body fat on 3 day diets but if you stick to a good diet plan each day, you will lose 1 to 2 pounds each week.

Even if you were to use a fad starvation diet, any weight lost would be quickly re-gained. Why? Because to successfully lose weight, you must change your eating habits for the long-term. 3 day diets are not the answer.

Our diets are easy to follow and include the types of foods you normally eat. Our typical 7 day diets contain 1200 to 1500 calories per day for women and 1500 to 1800 calories per day for men.

Our diets are designed to get the weight off as quick as possible while keeping your appetite under control. Though portion size is important, our diets include foods that you normally eat, so you won't feel deprived. Below is a sample day. We have lots of diets to fit your taste.
