We recommend low calorie diet plans between
1200 and 1500 calories for women and 1500 and 1800 calories for
men.
Below is a low calorie diet for 1 day that can
be easily followed. You will see start to see results in 12
days with our diet plan and you will continue to lose weight each

- add turkey and vegetables and put in plastic container,
refrigerate and take to work the next day.
Use
half of contents for lunch and the other half for mid afternoon snack.
