We recommend low calorie diet plans between 1200 and 1500 calories for women and 1500 and 1800 calories for men.

Below is a low calorie diet for 1 day that can be easily followed.  You will see start to see results in 12 days with our diet plan and you will continue to lose weight each week. Below is a sample of our plan.

1 cup of Healthy Choice Chicken and Rice with 2 ounce ground turkey and 1/2 cup steam or cooked carrots.

- make at home the night before
-  brown 4 ounce of ground turkey
-  cook or steam 1 cup of carrots
-  warm 1 can of 10 3/4 cup ounce of Healthy Choice
-  add turkey and vegetables and put in plastic container, refrigerate and take to work the next day.

Use half of contents for lunch and the other half for mid afternoon snack.

Beef Stroganoff
Serves 4

-  Brown 1 pound of extra lean ground beef with 1/2 chipped onions

-  Cook 6 ounces of egg  Noodles (cook as directed on package) 

In medium pot stir in

- 10 3/4 ounce can of reduce fat mushroom soup
-  1 cup of non fat sour cream
-  1 ½ tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
-  cooked noodles

Heat for 8 minutes or until warm. Stir frequently.
